Inga comes from a simple upbringing, growing up as part of a nomadic tribe that is now know as the Sami in modern day Scandinavia. For much of her life she learned to weave and craft as well as how to use a bow and fight from then father. She always wanted to see the world, but never thought that she would ever leave her tribe. This all changed when her mother confessed that her father was not her biological but instead it was a Rus man that was a varangian guard. So, she set off looking for this man and ended up in Jarl Aesa’s encampment because a man named Sasha fit the description her mother had given her.
